- Take the 10 (Santa Monica) Freeway west towards Santa Monica.
- Exit at the 4th/5th Street off-ramp, take a right on 5th Street, and continue until you pass Colorado Blvd.
- Turn left onto Broadway and stay on Broadway going towards the Ocean (West).
- Turn right (North) onto 2nd Street.
- There is a parking structure on the right side of 2nd Street marked #6. It is between Broadway and Santa Monica Blvd. (This is the easiest place to park. 8am - 6pm , first 2 hours free, then $1 each additional 30 minutes; with $7 maximum daily; Entering after 6pm: $3 flat rate. - Take the stairway or elevator marked "Third Street Promenade" on the northeast side (away from 2nd Street) down to exit in the well-lit alley, between 2nd St. and the Third Street Promenade. Turn left in the alley.
- The entrance to the Playhouse is in the alley north of the parking
